Kathy McCarthy and Denise Masset, implementation specialists, bring nearly two decades of experience in the SaaS and telematics industries. They understand the challenges companies face during onboarding and use that insight to guide customers through a proven, flexible process.

They assemble the right team, identify goals, address potential roadblocks, and outline a tailored, milestone-driven plan. They make sure every customer, new or experienced, feels seen, heard, and backed by a team that cares.

The implementation process is customizable to the size, industry, and needs of the customer. For example, our owner-operator customers get the same dedication as our larger fleets, just designed around their specific workflows and day-to-day challenges.

Training That Sticks
A great implementation process is not complete without great training. That’s where our training team shines. They help customers hit the ground running by offering those exciting “aha” moments, like building useful dashboards or configuring the software to demonstrate immediate value.
Together, the team brings nearly 25 years of combined teaching and training experience, ranging from classroom education to advanced technology instruction. They provide training in a variety of formats, including webinars, manuals, videos, and in-person sessions.
