When we attend state trucking association conferences, we get the chance to listen first. We hear directly from fleet managers about what is working, what is not, and where they are feeling pressure. It also gives us the opportunity to connect with current customers outside of a service call or email thread. Meeting in person helps strengthen relationships and gives us a clearer understanding of how our technology is being used in real operations.
