There is something special about summer in the transportation industry.
The miles get longer. The event calendar gets busier. And the opportunities to connect with the people who keep freight moving become even more meaningful.
This year, Pedigree Technologies is showing up a little differently.
While national events will always be an important part of our strategy, we're making a deliberate investment in state trucking associations and regional industry events across North America. These organizations are the backbone of the transportation industry, providing education, advocacy, networking, and support for the carriers, drivers, and businesses that keep our economy moving.

As Vice President of Marketing, I'm especially excited about what this summer represents for our team. It's an opportunity to strengthen relationships, engage with fleets at a more local level, and better understand the unique challenges transportation companies face in different regions.
Most importantly, it's a chance to showcase how technology can help fleets improve safety, increase efficiency, protect assets, and support professional drivers.
Where You'll Find Pedigree Technologies This Summer
Our team will be attending and supporting several industry events throughout the United States and Canada, including:
North Carolina Trucking Association Annual Convention | July 19-21
Texas Trucking Association Annual Conference | July 28-31
Florida Trucking Association Annual Conference | July 30-August 1
Minnesota Trucking Association Annual Conference | August 4-6
North Dakota Motor Carriers Association Convention | September 1-2
North Dakota Petroleum Council Annual Meeting | September 15-17
Ohio Trucking Association Annual Conference | September 21-22
Colorado Motor Carriers Association Annual Convention | September 24-26
These events give us the opportunity to connect directly with fleet owners, safety professionals, operations teams, maintenance leaders, and drivers who are navigating an increasingly complex transportation landscape.
Technology That Supports Drivers and Fleets
At Pedigree Technologies, our mission has always been simple: provide fleets with the visibility and insights they need to operate safely, efficiently, and confidently.
Whether it's improving driver safety, reducing downtime, simplifying compliance, or increasing asset utilization, our OneView platform helps fleets make smarter decisions with real-time data.
Throughout the summer, we'll be showcasing solutions including:
Electronic Logging Devices (ELD)
Fleet and Asset Tracking
Trailer Tracking
Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS)
Driver Coaching
Video Safety Solutions
Predictive Maintenance
Compliance and Reporting Tools
Smart Trailer Technology
These technologies work together to create a connected fleet ecosystem that improves visibility while helping carriers reduce risk and control costs.
Creating Buzz Around the Tail Light Tracker

One solution generating significant interest this year is our Tail Light Tracker.
Cargo theft and trailer theft continue to be growing concerns across the transportation industry. Fleets are looking for smarter ways to protect assets without adding complexity or creating obvious targets for criminals.
The Pedigree Tail Light Tracker was designed with those challenges in mind.
Installed inside a standard 4-inch DOT-approved LED tail light, the device discreetly combines GPS tracking technology with the appearance of a standard trailer light.
What makes it unique is its versatility.
A Stand-Alone Tracking Solution
For fleets looking for affordable asset visibility, the Tail Light Tracker provides reliable location tracking without requiring a larger telematics deployment.
A Covert Theft Recovery Tool
Because the technology is hidden within the tail light housing, it provides an additional layer of protection against theft. If a primary tracking device is discovered or disabled, the Tail Light Tracker can continue providing location visibility and recovery support efforts.
A Backup Tracking Device
Many fleets are using the Tail Light Tracker as a secondary tracking solution to add redundancy, maintain location visibility, and strengthen asset recovery efforts.
Built-In Wireless Sensor Support
The Tail Light Tracker extends visibility beyond location tracking through built-in wireless sensor support. By connecting with nearby sensors and devices, fleets can gather additional operational data and expand visibility into assets, cargo, equipment, and other connected resources without adding significant hardware complexity.
Compatible sensor types can include tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS), door sensors, cargo monitoring sensors, asset tags, and other wireless devices.
It's a practical solution built for real-world fleet challenges—and one we're excited to demonstrate throughout the summer event season.
Why State Trucking Associations Matter
One of the reasons we're investing more heavily in state associations is simple: they are incredibly important to the future of transportation.
These organizations advocate for carriers, provide valuable education, support safety initiatives, and create opportunities for meaningful industry collaboration.
By participating more actively at the state level, we can better understand regional fleet challenges while contributing to conversations that help move the industry forward.
Transportation is built on relationships, and some of the most valuable conversations happen outside the largest trade shows—during state association meetings, educational sessions, and networking events where operators can openly discuss their challenges and successes.
Let's Connect This Summer
If you're attending any of these events, we'd love to meet you.
Whether you're looking to improve fleet visibility, strengthen driver safety programs, reduce maintenance costs, protect trailers from theft, or simply learn more about emerging transportation technology, stop by and connect with our team.
We're proud to represent Pedigree Technologies, support the transportation industry, and help fleets leverage technology that keeps drivers safe, productive, and successful.
